Kathy, Chris and family: Deepest condolences to you and your family on Leah's passing. Though she had life-long health and other challenges she maintained her focus on getting better and living her life as fully as possible. She touched so many providers and patients at Children's with her positivity, humor and interest in how they were doing. Though Leah was not blessed with good health or the long life she deserved she was very blessed to have you as her parents and as her family.
The memorial card is beautiful and captures the essence of Leah's special qualities. The photo of her is also beautiful and a wonderful way to remember her. May her goodness and genuine love of family and life sustain you at this difficult time.

Dear Kathy and O'Shea family, I just wanted to extend my deepest and heartfelt sympathy on the passing of Leah. I was her school nurse while she attended Hannah School in Beverly. I spent quite some time with Leah, and through her many challenges, she always maintained her sense of humor and her good nature. I still have the locket that caught her attention on a daily basis, and I often think of Leah when I have it out. She was a remarkable young lady and may your hearts be warmed by the memories you carry within them.
