He was a high priest and served in various Church callings including elder's quorum president, the bishopric, and the stake high council. Lee and Judy served together as missionaries for the LDS Church in the Ohio Cincinnati mission. Lee and Judy were serving as temple workers at the Mount Timpanogos Temple at the time of Lee's death.
Lee is survived by his wife; one son and three daughters: Nathan (Jenny) Brown, Lauralee (Dan) Page, Julie (Mark) Matthews, and Lisa (Scott) Flinders; brother Ray Brown; sisters: Ellen Wishart and Bertha Ellis; and 21 grandchildren.

We will all miss Lee's smiling face and cheery attitude. He always seemed to have a good spirit about him even when things didn't especially go his way. He never acted self righteous, like he was better than anyone else, he always made you feel like no matter where you were at in life, you were important to him. That's a unique quality, to make others feel comfortable around you no matter who you are. He made you feel that what ever it is that you do, it is important work. He accepted others without pretense.

He was diffinately a keeper!

Dear Judy and family,

What a wonderful funeral for a wonderful man. I'm sorry to say that I didn't know my cousin well. My father, Grant Keeler, has spoken kindly of him often. However, hearing about him today has been very inspiring to me. The things that you have said will remain in my heart as an inspiration to me and my family. Thanks again and God bless you.

Brother Brown always made going to the temple like going home. He always missed me when I wasn’t there, and he was very excited when I came. I am grateful for the brief but frequent encounters I hade with him and his wife. Only knowing that he is in a better place eases the sorrow. My heart gos out to his family and loved ones.
