Ruth Daigle Obituary
A visitation will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at St. Philomena Catholic Church in Labadieville from 9:00 AM until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Oscar J. Daigle, Jr. "O.J." and wife, Bonnie; daughter, Rae Daigle Osborne; grandchildren, Judy D. Rome, Jody Daigle and wife Kelly, Jill Chapoton and husband Mitch, Jay Daigle and wife Julia; great grandchildren, Ashley R. Ockman, Jordan Daigle, Jack Chapoton, Julia Chapoton, Iain Daigle, and Sally Chapoton; great great grandchildren, Jeremy and Josephine Ockman, and sister, Betty C. Rodrigue.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Oscar J. Daigle, Sr.; parents, Emile and Odille Claus, and siblings, Gussie C. Blanchard, Gustane Claus, Lucy C. Boyer, Mary Claus, Rose C. Freid, and Vilery Claus.
The family would like to send a special thanks to Lacombe Nursing Center and St. Catherine's Hospice for all their care and compassion.

Rae, deepest sympathy to you and your brother.
Not sure if you'll remember but my mother and I first became acquainted with your mom when you and I worked together a very long time ago. Your mom was always so nice and if memory is correct she was also an excellent seamstress.
You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers at this time.
