Leeann Gunn-Rasmussen Obituary
Mrs. Leeann Gunn-Rasmussen, age 59, of Gulfport, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023.
Mrs. Leeann was born on April 3, 1964, in Mobile, AL to Robert and Annette Spooner Gunn. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of AZ and her Master’s Degree from the University of South Mississippi. She was a Professor in World Civilization before retiring. A few of her hobbies included painting, gardening, cooking, and playing in makeup.
Mrs. Leeann was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Annette Spooner Gunn; husband, Todd Rasmussen; and son, Michael Bryan Rasmussen.
She is survived by her brother, Adam Gunn.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to life-long friend, Tyra McSwain and to the ICU staff at Singing River Hospital in Gulfport.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, September 18, 2023, at the Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Pass Road. Friends may visit one hour before.
