A funeral service for Lenora Diane Knox, 64, of Bernice, La., will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville, La. with Bro. Michael Brandon officiating. Interment will follow in Bernice City Cemetery in Bernice, La. under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel, prior to the funeral service.
Lenora Diane Knox was born March 27, 1957 and passed away March 3, 2022. Lenora was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a very kind, caring person, and to know her was to love her. Lenora loved the Lord and enjoyed worshipping the Lord with her church family. She was loved by many and she will be dearly missed.
Lenora was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Kavanaugh; and sisters, Patricia White, Linda Toney, and Pearl Deckard.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 45 years, Roger Knox; daughter, Kim Barr (David Pace); son, Justin Knox (Kristen); grandchildren, Austin Knox and Kylen Knox; brothers, Tommy Kavanaugh, Sam Kavanaugh, and David Kavanaugh; sisters, Jean Jones and Kathy Kawalski; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
Pallbearers will be Justin Knox, Michael Ramsey, Paul Turrubiartes, and Matson Stewart.
