Dear Vera and all the family,
You have lost someone very special. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sorry I was not able to be with you today because of the weather. We will find time to reminisce about all the good times soon. Family as we all know is the most important. Leo was a good brother-in-law.
Sending all my love and prayers.

Aunt Vera, Vivian, Chuck, Kenny & Ernie,
So sorry to hear of Uncle Leo's passing. He will be dearly missed. May the memories you made as a family, help you all to have courage and strength now and in the days ahead.
I have fond memories of the times Uncle Leo took us flying in his plane. Vivian and I sitting in the passenger seat giggling with excitement - Uncle Leo gazing over at us and smiling affectionately. Those memories will always be really special to me.
You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Aunt Vera, Vivian and Don, Chuck, Lori, Nicole and Katrina, Kenney and Ernie,
Wrap yourselves warmly in the comfort of each other knowing how much Uncle Leo loved you all.
I will remember him best in my mind’s eye flying his plane with the sun shining down upon him in the cockpit as he introduced yet another child to that magical space. We will all miss his sparkling blue eyes and his wonderful smile.
Uncle Leo was an interesting man with friends all over the world after years as an avid ham operator. He always loved to engage in lively conversation and had an obvious passion for aviation, nature and wildlife. As a bus driver, as an uncle, he always had a kind word to share with you.
His true pride was his family. The love of his life Aunt Vera, you were so good to him. Vivian, his special girl, so like him and a pilot herself. And so is Chuck, flying his Dad’s plane and also gave him the most special gift ever, his two granddaughters. Kenny walks in Uncle Leo’s shoes everyday on the farm and Ernie is perhaps most like him of all in appearance and gentle humour.
The storm might keep me from being with you but it cannot stop the time I will spend honouring and remembering Uncle Leo.
Hugs from all of us,
Brenda, Wesley, Nicolette and Jaeda
