Leon Rudiger Obituary
On Friday, September 16, 2011 Mr. Leon Louis Joseph Rudiger of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 62 years.
Leon is survived by his children Melanie (Franky) Adriao of Airdrie, Louis (Jessica) Rudiger of Lac La Biche, Ian Rudiger of Calgary, grandchildren Lucas, Ava, Addison, Anderson, siblings Esther (Alec) Siry of Peace River, Annette (Glenn) Brown of Ottawa, Cecile Laventure of Vernon, BC, Yvonne Rudiger of Edmonton, Collette (Brian) Cadieux of Red Deer, Emile (Lynda) Rudiger of Fort St. John, BC, Patrick (Angele) Rudiger of Leduc, Dennis Rudiger of Edmonton, John (Monique) Rudiger of Lac La Biche, sisters-in- law Madeline Rudiger of Lac La Biche, Frances Rudiger of St. Albert, Jeannine (Ernie) Stuparyk of Edmonton, Lucy (Randy) Clarke of St. Albert, Claire (Duane) Koerner of Lac La Biche, Louise (Stephane) Jobin (Tardif) of Lac La Biche, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his wife Louise (Tardif) Rudiger in 2006, daughter Marcy Rudiger in 1978, parents Louis and Lucienne Rudiger, brothers Robert Rudiger and Paul Rudiger, father and mother-in-law Louis and Simone Tardif, brothers-in-law David Tardif, Denis Tardif, Michel Tardif, nephew Arnold Rudiger.
At Leon's request, no service will be held.
In memory of Leon donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, T6G 1Z2.

I so treasure the time I had with my brother Leon. I got to know the generous man he was, the loving father and how he treasured each one of his children and grandchildren.
