Leonard CARRAGHER Obituary
Born April 8, 1924 in Sturgis, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully April 28, 2014 at the age of 90. Len is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Mary, his son Noel, sisters Lillian and Mae, grandchildren Sarah, Joel, Cole, Keltie and Kyle, great-grandchildren Christina, Nickolas, Chase and several nieces and nephews. While it is with profound sadness we mourn our great loss, we take comfort in knowing he is at peace with God and his other family members that have gone before him. A Memorial Service will be held at Snodgrass Funeral Chapel Okotoks (200 Woodgate Road, Okotoks, AB, T1S 1L2) on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements in care of SNODGRASS FUNERAL HOMES LTD., Okotoks. My deepest and heartfelt condolences to Mary, Noel and all of your families. Indeed this is a sorrowful time. Len was a giant among men: he was loved, he cared for others, and was a true friend to all. My thoughts and prayers are with/for each one of the Carragher families

Mary and Noel, my sympathies go out to you and your family at this time. You have all been part of my life since 1974 and our time at Keeler. I will always remember Len's gentle demeanour, his laugh and his generous spirit. He will be missed.
