I have only learned of the death of Leonard. We were friends for many years. I always respected his opinion, concern and love. He was a true gentleman, knight and took care of his mother until her passing. Few men are willing to look after their parents. I will miss him. I have tried on several occasions to reach him, unsuccessfully. Now I know why.

Proof Leonard "Nemo" made his mark.

Nemo and I both met professionally as "Anglos" without knowing we were both Polish boys at heart. He was a great guy and great professional. He is absolutely missed. He was an asset to Montreal and The Polish Community of Canada. Ted Wright (Jaworski).

I just returned from Singapore and noticed the shocking passing of "Nemo" in the Gazette. We graduated together at Loyola many years ago. Lost contact with him but never forgot his upbeat and philosophical outlook on life. Far too young to leave us but I am sure you are in good hands and watching over us. My condolences to his family.

Leonard was a friend from the first day I met him. In Jaycees and in Magic, he was outgoing and warm, generous and kind- he was a great friend. We shared many ideas over the years.
