Although I will hold dear all the fun times we had during holidays, birthdays and vacations; I will always remember all the home improvement tricks and skills Roy taught me. He showed me how to build a fence, paint and redo a bathroom. Roy was also always there helping whenever one of us had "another move." As someone else said, Roy was one of the good guys and I will miss him alot. RIP Roy!

Roy was my constant and loving companion for the last 41 years and his passing is a great loss. We shared many happy times hiking and camping and vacationing with my family. He had a kind and gentle spirit and was a son-in-law to my mom and a grandfather to my grandchildren. His tastes were not extravagant and he appreciated the little things in life, like a day at the lake or a beautiful sunset. Whenever I see beauty in nature, I will think of him. He was very loved and will be very missed.

My family and I spent many happy times with Grandpa Roy. He loved spending vacations at our cabin in Arnold, California and taking Nicholas, Steven and Dani fishing. We shared his love of hiking and had many fun weekends in spots that he enjoyed. We loved him dearly and will miss him.

Roy became a part of our family when he and my mom (Vera Strozza) became a couple. We spent many holidays and birthdays together but I really enjoyed (and remember) all the camping trips - Anza Borrego, Yellowstone, Yosemite and more. Miss those good times and will miss Roy.

I enjoyed working with Roy at Pacific Bell for many years. Also enjoyed having breakfast with him at the Retiree's quarterly breakfasts in El Cajon. He was truly one of the Good Guys and will be missed.

Roy was a devoted and loving father. We had many years of fun filled camp-ing trips that Gary & Diane still enjoy doing as adults! Lots of good memories...
