I remember Les as our friendly rural mailman when we lived on the farm; then in later years as a meat cutter and expert barbque man; and also a curling buddy.

Juane & family, may the memories you hold dear help to sustain you in the days ahead. May the peace & comfort of God uphold you.

Juane, Foster, Merle, Connie, Danny, and the family.
My deepest sympathies on the loss of a great man. There are many great memories of Les. I think of the many, many times we would visit after church with him sitting in the pew just ahead of us. Many good laughs and great times were shared. He was one of the real, real good ones.
May God be with all of you at this time and always.

My deepest sympathies to the Farthing family. I remember my first day of school and seeing Les's smiling face and joyful "good morning" greeting while I got on the bus, which he continuted to do every day until he retired. He was always a very kind gentleman. I truly enjoyed visiting with him through the years as our conversations about his adventures with my grandpa were always very entertaining.
