Horner Lesley (nee Wilkinson) Suddenly but peacefully in hospital on July 22, 2013. A dearly loved wife of heartbroken husband Ian, a beautiful and devoted mother of devastated daughter Lucy and shattered sons Adam and Simon, also a proud grandmother of Jack and Toby and a precious sister and sister-in-law. It's been a long hard road on which you bravely fought over the last five years, nobody deserves the pain and agony that you suffered but you never complained and just got on with what was left of your poor body. We will never forget you, always in our thoughts, all our love Ian and family xxx. Service to take place on Tuesday, July 30 at 2.30pm at South Shields Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations to St Clares Hospice, a box will be provided at the crematorium. Special thanks to Comfort Call staff.
