Marie GIBB Obituary
Marie Violet Gibb loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on November 11th, 2011 in Calgary. She will be deeply missed by her daughters Dianne and Margaret (Mel); her grandchildren Rachel (Jon), David, Marika, Jesse, and two great- grandchildren, Edie and Penny.
Marie was born in Regina, Saskatchewan on July 20, 1917 to William and Mary Jane Craig; she was a sister to Vera Cranfield, Jack Craig and Beatrice Mason.
She married Walter Reid Gibb in 1947 and was predeceased by Walter in 1989.
Special Thanks to Royal Park Retirement Home, Dr. Joaquin Palencia and staff; Foothills ER and Internal Medicine and finally Agape Hospice for such beautiful care in her final moments.

Marie was a much loved member of Chapter E of the P.E.O. Sisterhood in Edmonton. She was so much fun, but also kind and loving. The chapter really missed her when she moved to Calgary. We saw her from time to time in Canmore and it was always such a joy to see her again. We send you much sympathy on this great loss. Eva Walker and Ruth Glancy

I remember Marie with great fondness. She was a gentle, loving soul. She often helped my mom, Jessie Day, when Jessie lost the ability to do for herself. Bless all of you, Beth Day
