Linda Attinger Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on May 28, 2025.
Linda J. Attinger, known for her playful spirit and impeccable style, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2025, in Everett, WA, at the age of 74.

Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, Linda immigrated to San Diego, CA, with her parents and five siblings in 1957. After graduating from Morse High School in 1969, she launched a lifelong career in retail, where her eye for fashion and creativity led her from visual merchandising to district store manager.

Linda had a gift for making life beautiful. Whether transforming a room or curating an outfit that turned heads, she brought flair and personality to everything she touched. Her homes in Chapala, Mexico, and Tucson, Arizona, were filled with artistry and a unique sense of style - spaces she made her own with distinct passion and vision.

She also found joy in music and never missed a chance to dance, often like no one was watching. To know Linda was to be reminded to embrace life, laugh freely, and express yourself fully.

She is survived by her loving partner of 13 years, Dan Kure; her daughter, Jenny Casey (Ken); her adored grandson, Harrison; and her loyal dog, Lucy. She also leaves behind her siblings, Robert Taylor-Weber and Peggy Harrison.

Linda will be deeply missed, not only for her style and energy but for the joy she brought to those around her.

Deepest sympathy to Jenny and Dan on the death of Linda. We have happy memories of meeting Linda in San Rafael and Lake Tahoe.
Linda had a love of music and a "joie de vivre" to live life to the full. Thinking of you all at this sad time
