Linda L. Beyer (Reed), 62, of North Tonawanda, entered into rest on Friday, December 28, 2007, after a brief illness. Mrs. Beyer was born in North Tonawanda on May 13, 1945, to Robert and Phyllis (Mongold) Reed. Linda a life long resident of the Tonawanda's enjoyed doing Arts and Crafts, going to her group at the Dale Association, and attending church at Calvary Bible Church. Linda is survived by her children Tina (Reginald) Powless, of North Tonawanda, Cynthia Wolcott, of Niagara Falls, Linda Boehnke, of Tonawanda, and William Beyer, Jr., Kenmore, her parents Robert (Phyllis) Reed, of Lockport, sister of Lynette (Dennis) Sarkesian, of Massachusetts, Leilh M Pate, of Lockport, Robert Reed, Jr., Florida, and the late Benjamin Reed, also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends Thursday from 9:30 - 10 A.M. followed by a Memorial Service from the Wattengel Funeral Home, 307 Oliver St. North Tonawanda. Pastor Alan Fieblekorn officiating, if desired memorials may be made to Roswell Cancer Institute. Online at WATTENGEL.COM

My deepest sympathy, you may remember me, Brenda Croff, I lived across the street on Porter Ave was friends with Benny and Lynnette. I was sad to read that Benny had previously passed on, and now Linda, very sad. I remember as a kid having more fun at your house, playing games and the pool in the backyard. My daughter rae, and my sister Linda died over 20 years ago, life is so short we must remember to enjoy our family every day. My heart breaks for you.
