Linda passed away on July 1, 2012, at Pioneer Village. Linda was born July 12, 1948 in Moose Jaw. She was predeceased by her husband Ron Campbell; her parents George and Isabel Lambert; and stepmother Myrtle Lambert. She is survived by her brothers Curtis (Verle), Larry (Louise), and Gene (Connie); her sister in law Marilyn (Bob) Ulrich; numerous nieces and nephews and many, many friends. Linda grew up in Eyebrow and Moose Jaw before coming to Regina in the early 70's to benefit from disability services programming, particularly Cosmopolitan Industries, where she spent many years working and contributing back to handicapped services as a cheerful, kind, and dedicated volunteer. In 1981, Linda and Ron were married and spent 14 wonderful years together. Linda was loved and appreciated by everyone she encountered from her St. Paul's Cathedral Church family, where she served as a sub-deacon, to Paratransit drivers, to the staff at Sunset Extendicare, where she and Ron spent his final years; and finally, to the amazing staff at Pioneer Village. In lieu of flowers and honouring Linda's love of animals, the family would appreciate contributions to the Humane Society or to Pioneer Village. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2012, at 10:00 am at Pioneer Village Chapel, 430 Pioneer Drive, Regina, SK.
