When Linda attended Sid & Emma's wedding last June, I never thought it would be the last time we would see each other. I am so glad there was time to sit and talk in the middle of the wedding hubbub. What can I say about Linda? A good friend that I didn't see often recently, but someone I always knew was there when I needed her. Someone I could pick up with where we left off, even if it had been years.. Linda and Kevin were "family"... There for me when Sid had open heart surgery, helping at Sid's crazy preschool birthday parties, taking care of Sid when I needed someone, dinners at her house, an open invite to family reunions, and there for me in Florence, AL the year my world crashed in around me. Linda would get in that pickup and drive hundreds/thousands of miles when I needed her. There is a special place in heaven for people like Linda.

When I was little I got to stay the weekend with her and Kevin it was my first time staying with anyone outside of my genetic family cried my eyes out for a while the Linda said "you can either cry your eyes out all weekend or you can blow you nose and we can have a good time". We of course had a great time.

I loved our time together on my days off. It was always just the two of us. The talks we had are some of my most precious moments. I'll miss you Aunt Linda.
