Linda Regich

Linda L. Gerlach Regich, age 54 of South Dakota, formerly of Tippecanoe County, passed away at 7 a.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2012, at her residence in Benson, Arizona. Born July 10, 1957 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Jeannine L. Clough Gerlach. She graduated from Benton Public School in Benton, WI in 1975. On February 2, 1991, she married Ronald A. Regich in Lafayette, IN, and he survives. Linda worked at Payless Supermarket in the bakery for 16 years. She enjoyed traveling and visiting with family and friends. Surviving are two daughters, Nicole J. Ayers (husband, Brandon) of Texarkana, TX, and Natalie L. Blankenship of Lafayette; a son, Mark D. Forrest (wife, Ashley) of Lafayette; two step-daughters, Amber C. Regich of Lafayette and Breanne C. Remaly (husband, Jerry) of Attica; five sisters, Diane Ernst (husband, Ed) of Gratiot, WI, Sherry Trickel White (husband, Bill) of Madison, WI, Tammy Danz of Platteville, WI, Mary Lugrain (husband, Jim) of Dubuque, IA, Ronda Jasper of Dubuque, IA; and three brothers, William Gerlach (wife, Angie) of Brookly, WI, Sylvan Gerlach (wife, Dana) of Madison, WI, and Ronald Gerlach of Dubuque, IA. Seven grandchildren also survive. Linda was preceded in death by a sister, Tina Udelhofen (surviving husband, Steve). A private memorial service will be held in Benson, AZ, on Wednesday, February 29. A service for family and friends will be held at an undetermined later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Valley Vista Community Outreach in Benson, AZ, which benefits All The King's Horses Children's Ranch.
