Linda T. Skinner, affectionately known as LindaLou, gracefully passed away on September 21, 2024, in Villa Rica, Georgia, at the age of 76. She was born on March 24, 1948, in East Point, Georgia. Linda was a beloved wife, mother, and friend who touched the lives of many with her kindness and warm spirit.

In her early years, Linda attended Kennesaw State College and later went on to work at the Georgia Mental Health Institute for 30 years. She dedicated her life to serving others and making a positive impact on her community. Linda had a passion for gardening, shopping, drawing, and coloring, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Tucker, but she leaves behind her loving husband, Buddy Skinner, and her cherished daughters, Susan Watkins and Camella Karmails. She had a special bond with her daughters, sharing countless memories and experiences that will forever be treasured.

Known for her intelligence, sense of humor, and inner and outer beauty, Linda was a beacon of light to all who knew her. She had a deep faith and love for the Lord, which guided her actions and inspired those around her. Linda's generous spirit and willingness to help others will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of crossing her path.

A Celebration of Life in honor of Linda will be held on October 12, 2024, to commemorate her legacy and the impact she made on the lives of those around her. In her memory, her family is grateful for the love and support from friends and loved ones during this difficult time.

Linda's passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew her, but her spirit will live on through the memories shared and the lives she touched. She was a true servant for the Lord, and her legacy of compassion and kindness will continue to inspire others to spread love and joy in the world.

May Linda's soul rest in eternal peace, knowing that she was deeply loved and will be forever missed.

I just learned of and very saddened by Linda´s passing. She truly was one of the kindest, sweetest, most genuine people I´ve ever known. Always very welcoming and made me feel like I was part of her family. We shared the same birthday which always made for a great time. Her smile was infectious and her humor had me laughing so hard, sometimes months later when I would think about that moment. I have so many great memories of her. I´m so grateful for having known her and she will forever be my sweet mother in-law. My sincere condolences to her family as this is a great loss but take comfort in knowing that she is renewed and feels nothing but love now.

My mom, Linda, was a wonderful mother. She was loving, funny, sweet, and intelligent. She gave my sister and me the most beautiful gift: teaching us about the love of the Lord; we are very thankful for that gift, and we both have the same devotion she had to the Lord.

I know we will see her again when we all meet in Heaven.
We Love you, Mom, VERY MUCH
