Linda VonCannon, 68, of Greenville, SC, passed away on July 13, 2016. She was predeceased by her mother, Miriam K. Case, and father, Benjamin F. Case, as well as a brother, Ben Case. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Steve VonCannon, as well as a sister. Brenda Theis, and a brother, Ken Case. She was the loving mother of two daughters, Kathryn Hamilton and Stephanie VonCannon. She was also a grandmother to five grandchildren and forever will be known as Nana. She made many friends over the years and was greatly loved. Linda was a retired insurance clerk who took great pride in her home and family. In her younger years, she was an avid bowler and enjoyed camping and the outdoors. She never turned down anyone in need and was always willing to help others. She was of the Christian faith and a devout viewer and follower of Pastor Charles Stanley. While she is no longer here in body, her spirit will forever be in our hearts. Visitation will be from 3-6 PM, Mon., Jul. 18 at CSSC-Westville Funerals, 6010 White Horse Rd., Greenville, SC 29611; with the funeral to follow at 6 PM. Interment will be Tues., Jul. 19 at 11 AM at Graceland Cemetery West. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to https://www.michaeljfox.org/ Michael J.
