Lindsey Boyd-Robertson
Lindsey Boyd-Robertson (89 years of age) of Exeter, NH passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family members on Sunday, October 2, 2022.
Lindsey was born in Louisville, Kentucky, the son of Ted and Jessie (Taylor) Boyd-Robertson.He served as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps in the Korean Conflict in 1951 and 1952.Lindsey’s career with Ford Motor Credit Company began in the Washington, DC area and he was transferred to New Hampshire as the Branch Manager of Ford Motor Credit and was employed by Ford for 32 years.After leaving Ford, Lindsey became an active and hands on volunteer with CASA of New Hampshire for many years with and for abused and/or neglected children.
As with everything in his life, his love for his U.S. Marine Corps was never ending and he fulfilled all of his commitments with love, pride and purpose.
Mr. Boyd-Robertson is a descendent of President Zachary Taylor and had the right to be buried in the family section of the Zachary Taylor Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky but elected instead to have his final resting place in Exeter, New Hampshire, where he has resided for the past 40 plus years.
Family members include his wife and best friend of 43 years, Patricia (Melia) Boyd-Robertson, five sons, William Boyd-Robertson and his wife Donna of Auburn, New Hampshire, Stan Boyd-Robertson of Belmont, New Hampshire, Brian Locke and his wife Melissa of Palm Bay, Florida, Christopher Locke and his wife Lisa of Essex, New York, Joshua Locke and his wife Theresa of Strafford, N.H. and two daughters, Erin Boyd-Robertson of Nashua, New Hampshire and Elizabeth (Locke) DiBartolomeo and her husband Jeff of Stratham, New Hampshire, Lindsey also has Granddaughters, Kristy, Shannon, Fallon, Grace, Gwyn, Sophie and one Grandson, Hayden and one Great-Grandson, Lucas.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 5-7 PM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter with a time of sharing at 7 PM. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA of Stratham, New Hampshire or CASA of New Hampshire in Manchester, New Hampshire

I want you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
