What a sweet song your mother wrote for you . It was sad seeing someone so young on her bed dying as her mother heartbroken yet brave was able to sing you a song . Such a beautiful song she wrote for you . You were such a Pretty girl . I never met you but I pray I may meet you and your family in heaven one day . God bless your family and I pray your love lives on forever in their hearts.

After watching this Beautiful,Loving video, the tears just rolled endlessly down my face. Although I didn't know Lindsey personally, after watching this video,I felt as if I too had lost someone very Special. Lindsey's Beautiful Spirit will forever serve as a Loving, source of Faith, Hope and Inspiration. Your Family's continued Love & Devotion, will Help those & their Families to get thru their own similar journey & make them feel like they're not alone. You have such Great Strength & I can't "Thank-You" enough for Sharing something so Personal. May Peace, Love & Comfort always be by your side. God Bless You all. RIP Beautiful Angel.

Bittersweet memories cannot replace the child that has been loss.. 18 years of this dear life as a daughter to the parents of Lindsey and a sister to her sister has touched so deeply that words cannot describe each heartfelt emotion, heartbreak and all that she has touched.. As a person just passing by I've seen the very moving video of this wonderful loving Mom singing to her baby. I can't tell you how my heart reached down inside of myself as a Mom myself and felt the same when I couldn't image lossing someone as precious as a daughter or a son.. My wish for this family is that God will touch the very hearts of one of you personally from the inside out.. With the healing touch from the very hands that created, form and made your daughter and even loved and still loves her from the time she took her first breath till the last.. ~ May peace, healing and comfort always be with you always and forever. The Lord certainly knows our grief... He wept when as He saw those weeping over the loss of a loved one

To the parents of Lindsey Lourenco,
Im not sure if you will ever see this or not, but hopefully you will so you know that there are people out there who are just as devastated over the loss of this beautiful girl. I just happened to come across the video of you singing your beautiful, touching song and It really did put tears into my eyes. It was truly amazing and shes lucky to have had such an admirable woman like you as a mother standing by her side. I am 15 years old and I have not yet lost anyone close to me but after seeing videos of Lindsey being strong and constantly wearing a smile, I feel like I have. Lindsey's birthday Is the day after mine. Its coming up soon and I just want you to know that I will definitely be thinking about her when July 18th comes around, and I will be wishing her a Happy Birthday.

My heart ached for you her mother and her family as I watched the video of you singing a song to her that you wrote expecially for Lindsey. I am a mother and I heard your pain through that song as you tried to convey to her how amazing she truly was. She is beautiful and incredible. When their pain and suffering is over yours begins. We are not ever ready when God has another plan. I do believe he knows what is best. He thought it was best for Lindsey to bring her home. Her life is free from pain and she is whole. He also will be there to help you get through this most hurtful time in your lives. I prayed for a miracle for her and I know that God did.He allowed her to hear that song you wrote for her and he allowed you the chance to be with her for a little more time. My thoughts and prayers are with you Lindsey's family especially her mother. I pray the God will give you the peace you need to help you with that empty space left in your hearts. God Bless!

I am praying that the Lord will comfort your family. What a beautiful daughter who inspired so many with her brave sweet spirit. What a beautiful heartfelt song your mom sang to you Lindsey - her voice is like an angel. When my sister died her caretaker told her she was in a win-win situation - if God chose to heal her here on earth she wins or if He choses to bring her home with Him now she wins. I pray He will comfort you all knowing that Lindsey is with Him. God Bless.

Dear Lourenco Family,
I was saddened to just hear about the passing of your beautiful daughter and sister on a Global BC News Courage to Comeback story. I had the pleasure of meeting Lindsey last year at Miracle Weekend where I volunteered. Even though she had a gruelling tiring day she was willing to spend some time talking to me and telling me about her graduation prom and her surprise meeting with the Sedin twins. Her glowing smile beaming bright is something that I remember most about Lindsey. May God keep you in his care during this difficult time for you. Now an Angel watching over us, gone, but surely not forgotten.

April 15, 2013
I was saddened to hear of Lindsey's passing. I did not know her but saw her on the Children's Hospital telethon and was impressed by the strength and courage she, and her family, displayed in the face of her illness. I hope it provides some small measure of comfort to know that Lindsey touched and inspired more people than she probably ever imagined. With deepest sympathy.

I'm so sorry for the death of your beautiful daughter from such an insidious disease. As she rests in the arms of Jesus,
rest in the knowledge & peace that you did everything you could! You will ALWAYS be Lindsey's mother (and father)
whether she is on earth or in Heaven. Always Always! Your song was so tender & heartfelt
That I listened to it 3x. I live in PDX or I would come celebrate Lindsey's beautiful, courageous
life. Godspeed, God's special angel???
