Linnie Joe Featherston

I will always remember Linnie Joe and what fun it was to go spend time at their house. He and Sue were two of my favorite cousins.

Linnie truly did reach out to touch others with a warm heart and many enduring gifts. Although he will be missed, he left behind many sweet remembrances.Eccles.9:8.

I have so many good memories of growing up with cousins, one of the favorite being Joe. My condolences to the family.

My condolences to the Featherston family. I enjoyed the times Mr. Joe played and sang for Senior Game Day at LFTB. i pray for peace and strength for the family.

I will sure miss my friend. I will never forget he and Johnnie sitting on the porch when Michelle and I would get back from appts. He would always ask "How's my friend, how did everything go today"? What a blessing he was to me and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He will certainly be missed.

Granddaddy will be missed! Him & Mimi mean so much to me. My favorite memory is our cruise on the mighty Mississippi on the American Queen. We had a great time!

Joe was my good pickin' buddy and dear friend. His easygoing country-boy charm and abundant social skills overshadowed his quick mind and sharp business sense. As stated in the obituary, he made everybody around him feel special and want to be around him. Pat and I will miss him terribly, as will all who knew him like we knew him. God now has somebody who can give ol' Gabriel some pointers on how to present and improve the music up there.

Joe will be missed at Heritage Trail Cowboy Church in Ben Wheeler. He always had word of encouragement for those of us in the band. Every time I sing "Because He Lives", I'll remember my friend Joe.
