Lisa Edwards Obituary
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, at All Faiths Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, at All Faiths Funeral Home. Dan Naranjo will officiate.
Lisa was born in Grand Island on April 5, 1954, daughter of Lloyd and Lucille (Langan) Vodehnal.
She was raised in Grand Island and graduated from Grand Island Senior High School with the class of 1973. Lisa began employment with Northwestern Bell Phone Company.
Lisa was united in marriage to Carl Edwards, they were blessed with three children, Kelsey, Kianna and Kiefer Edwards.
Her kids were her world and she loved to care and be the support for her kids. Everyone she touched and knew in her life was affected by her love and kindness. An Angel to most she will be greatly missed by ALL.
She is survived by her husband, Carl of Las Vegas; children, Kelsey, Kianna and Kiefer of Las Vegas; brother, Jeff (Barb) Vodehnal of Grand Island; sister, Lynn Lindquist of Las Vegas; nieces and nephews, Bailey Lindquist, Lori Baasch, Clayton Petersen, Josh Saathoff, Miranda Hopkins and Jordan Saathoff.
Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Lucille Vodehnal; and brother, Tommy Vodehnal.

My sympathies to Lisa´s husband Carl, and their three kids, also to Lynne and Jeff and the rest of the family. I have so many good memories of Lisa. I will always remember Lisa as a special person who could light up a room with her smile.

I will always have fond memories of Lisa, the entire Vodehnal family will always be a special part of my childhood. The fun we use to have in our neighborhood! Rest In Peace Lisa. And prayers to the family.
