Lisa was a true joy to be around. Her intelligent, sharp wit and humor always made me laugh. I am very thankful that I was able to share a part of her life and I will fondly remember all the stories she shared with me. Her strength and fortitude were an inspiration, as was her service to our country. She was blessed to have such a wonderful family and support structure who loved and cared for her deeply. Bob and I will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

I honor both Lisa and her family ,especially Kat. Their love and attention made Lisa know how very loved and special she was. Never was there a woman less deserving of her fate, and never was there a family more willing to see her through it. Rest sweetly, dear Lisa.

Dear Angie, Scott, Kat, Steven, John, and Sean,
We were all so sad and sorry to hear about Lisa's passing. Lisa was our babysitter over the summer months, and undoubtedly she was our best sitter. She was kind, loving, caring, responsible, fun yet firm; all great qualities that any parent would love to have/find in a sitter, especially for 3 rambunctious boys. She was dedicated and always had a smile on her face. Lisa was great with Kyle, Colin, and Sean, and they loved and respected her in return. They looked forward to seeing her pull up in her jeep every day, because they knew that they were in for lots of fun and laughter when Lisa was around. She made quite a positive impression on them. We will always be grateful to Lisa and cherish our memories with her. Please know that we will never forget her and what she meant to our family; and we will be thinking of you all over the coming days and will continue to pray for you all during this difficult time.

Lisa was a beautiful and remarkable young woman. I am glad I had the opportunity to know her. She always had a smile on her face. She truly will be missed!

I had the honor of knowing Lisa at both Ohio State and GAO. She was a wonderful woman who was full of life and cared deeply about her friends and colleagues. She will be missed!!!

As a young employee that worked with Lisa, she was truly an inspiration to me. Please accept my deepest condolences. I will keep you all in my prayers.

Lisa will be deeply missed by all her knew her and by those who never had the opportunity to meet this remarkable young woman. I was honored to call her my colleague and my friend.

Lisa was the bravest person I've ever known. She inspired me every time we interacted. Her loss will be felt deeply by many, including me, but she passes having made so many of our lives better for knowing her.
