Lisa Poulsen

Lisa was born on August 13, 1962 to Blaine A. and Kaye Poulsen, of Spanish Fork, Utah. Her grandparents are Martin and Vera Poulsen and Bernell and Eva Jensen. Lisa passed away in Provo, Utah. She was 49 years old. Lisa was a very special daughter. She could fill your heart with such happiness and joy. She made friends wherever she went. She especially loved little children and the elderly, and everyone in between. She would give you everything she had if you were in need. Lisa leaves her sister, Susan Fox; her brother Allen (Wendy) Poulsen; sister, Janette ( Andrew) Moleff; her Mom and Dad and many nieces and nephews and cousins. She also leaves her special friend, Tammy Preetorious who took such good care of her. We love you Lisa and we will miss you so much. Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 2, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery, 420 South 400 East, Spanish Fork, Utah. A visitation will be held prior to the service at Walker Funeral Home, 187 S. Main Street, Spanish Fork from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. We thank everyone who has been so kind in any way. We thank Hospice for their kindness and compassionate care and to Dr. Chris Biesinger who came to her home just to check on Lisa, and to the Provo Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for the love and kindness they gave to her.
