Dear Mrs. Talmage,
I would like to extend my condolences to you and your family at this difficult time. I went to high school with Lisa. Although I did not remain in touch with her over the years, I have very fond memories of Lisa. She was a very strong and courageous individual!

Dear Grace and Richard,
Lisa was more than a friend, she was an inspiration. She suffered her physical limitations with grace and dignity and never lost her delightful sense of humor.
It was a privilege to be one of Lisa's Playmates and a heck of a lot of fun too. In cribbage and Rumi-kube, as in life, Lisa played to win, and usually did.
Grace:I look to you as a model of love and dedication. Lisa could not have had a better mother or a stronger advocate. While providing the best care for Lisa you also embraced many of us who suffered difficulties in our own lives. Your love is boundless.
Richard: you have always been there for Lisa, to help in whatever way you could. You provided physical support and love to your sister.
She will be missed by many

Dear Grace,
It was with deep sadness that we learned of Lisa’s passing. She is an amazing spirit and it’s that wonderful spirit that will never die.
How fortunate Lisa was to have you to care for her. She often said that you two were joined at the hip; certainly you were joined at the heart.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Talmage family. I want to extend my deep sympathy to all of you. It is a sad time and Lisa with her stories and great wit will be missed. Such a good strong person she was. She gave more to her playmates than we gave to her.It was always a fun day with her. She kept us on our toes, didn't she. Your devotion to her well being was also an inspiration to me. Love and blessings to you all. Yvonne
