Litvin Oliver Gooden Jr.

Litvin Oliver Gooden, Jr., 43, of Rumford Essex, passed away January 15, 2010. He was born on January 20, 1966 in Jamaica to Ultida Almeda Campbell and the late Litvin Oliver Gooden, Sr. Litvin attended elementary school, Cornwall College (high school), and Kingston College (high school) in Jamaica before graduating from Hartford High School in 1984. He received his B.S. in finance from Southern Connecticut University in New Haven, Connecticut. Litvin pledged Kappa Alpha Psi and was an active soccer player and goal keeper. He was successfully self-employed as an executive recruitment manager specializing in the placement of talented healthcare professionals in medical settings worldwide. He was a loving father and treasured his two boys more than anything in his life. Litvin is loved and mourned by two precious sons, Kai Damani Gooden and mother Carol of Buckhurst Hill, England and Zouave Gooden and mother Cheryl of Chadwell Heath, England; three brothers, Leroy A. Noble of Hartford, Collin G. Vassiana of Hartford, and Peter E. Gooden of Miami, Florida; four aunts, Lillas Rowe, Leorie Reid, Laurice Purcell, and Olive Campbell; three uncles, Livingston Binns, Laval Binns, and Linton Binns; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends around the globe.
