MAYSVILLE — Lonnie Blondale Alexander, 61, of Maysville, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospital – Fort Thomas.
Lonnie was a 1980 graduate of Maysville High School and attended Bethel Baptist Church.
He formerly worked for the City of Maysville, Hardee's and Bob Evans Restaurant.
He was born in Maysville, on July 25, 1961, the son of Barbara Alexander of Maysville.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his son, Tajuan Greene of Maysville; his three grandchildren, Aryn Barnett, Kalia Greene and Jalen Greene; four sisters, Kandra Alexander and Bobbie Marshall (Trent) both of Maysville, Christy King (Guy) of Henderson, Kentucky and Felicia Price (Brent) of Amelia, Ohio, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his aunts, Dolores "Annie" Myrick and Phyllis "Boo" Alexander.
Funeral services for Lonnie Alexander will be held at the Bethel Baptist Church at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2023, with Pastor Terence Taylor officiating.
Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday, from 11 a.m. until the hour of the service.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home.
