DI NIRO _ Lorenzo, was born December 28, 1930, in Vinchiaturo, P. Campobasso, Italy, and passed away on April 14, 2007, on their 52nd Wedding Anniversary. Survived by his loving wife; Veneranda, 3 daughters; Carmela (Marcello) De Vellis, Maria (Ron) Chambers and Antonella (Rick) Galaj, 4 grandchildren; Cristina, Marc, Steven and Danny, brother; Frank (Anna), sisters; Dorothy (Joe) Pistilli and Colomba (John) Forlenza, aunt; Rosa Niro, many nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law; Mike (Jane) Venditti and John Venditti. Predeceased by his parents; Antonio and Carmela and sister; Angelina (Bernardino) Monteleone. Prayers will be offered at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 19th at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 2025 Napier Street, Vancouver, B.C. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 20th. Entombment at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Ida Gallo, Dr. Mathew Beasley and all their staff, for providing excellent care.

My heart goes out to all you sweet ladies!Veronica,Carmella,Maria and Antonella, may you all find peace in your huge loss.I have many happy memories from Greenwood Street and Mr.D coming home from work and giving us Brats rides in his bucket truck!OHH the good old days, something that would NEVER happen today!! Every day we would run over as soon as we saw him and he never said NO!!what a special man , you are all so blessed to have one another!!!you are in my thoughts and prayers and may god bless you all!! He LOVED his family!!!Love the baby brat from the Holding clan,(just like you anto!)Dianna Harper!!

Veneranda, Carmella, Maria, and Antonella and family, i was so sorry to hear about Lorenzo, and all the suffering her has gone through in the last while, my mom always kept me informed she tells me how great the girls have been in this time supporting the parents and doing everything they could, to all the family our prayers are with, Lina and Silvano Xausa
