Lori Marie Duchane

Lori Duchane of Broken Arrow, OK, transitioned from her earthly home to eternal rest on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at the young age of 64.

Lori was born to Allen Sr. and Evelyn Pernell of New Orleans, LA, on July 4, 1959. Lori was the mother to a blended family of nine children. She and her husband, Alvin, were devoted members of Tulsa Church of God.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Allen and Evelyn Pernell, sons, Gerard Pernell and Calvin Duchane, and one granddaughter, Shaquilla Duchane.

Lori is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Alvin Duchane Sr., sons, Gemile and Frank Pernell and wife Courtney, daughter, Keisha Bullock and husband Jesse, step-children, Alvin Duchane, Jr., Raymond Duchane, Nicole and husband James Langford, and Kevin Duchane, grandchildren, Randle, Landon, Demarion, Kamron, Jaxson, Donnie, Annjeanette, Tre, Aunjell, James, Devin, Taylin, Kayla, Diamond, Raymond, and Nacole, siblings, Allen Pernell, Jr., Pamela Taylor, and Rena Pernell, along with a host of nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, friends, and other cherished family members.

A private family service to be held at a later date.
