Lori Jean Shonts, 67, of Coal Center, passed away on July 22, 2025. Lori was born on February 28, 1958, to Ned Allen Vandevander and Betty Jean Vandevander. She reunites in Heaven with her Husband and love of her life, Larry Shonts, and her Sharpei, Starr. Lori is survived by her sister, Vicki Young (Denny). She is also survived by her three children, Chad Oliver Shonts (Rachael), Jennifer Lynn Grimes (George), and Heather Lynn Shonts (John). Lori's light of her world were her 7 grandchildren: Samantha (Jake), Jeremy, Erika (D.J.), Aden, Larry John (LJ), Bailey, and Oliver. Cremation services are being handled by the Mariscotti Funeral Home in California, Pennsylvania.
