Lorraine Chase Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Feb. 18, 2019.
Age 76, of Halifax, passed away with her loving family by her side on February 16, 2019, at the Halifax Infirmary. Born on April 29, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Commander M.B.E., C.D., R.C.N. Breen and Mary (Roast) Young.

Her love and care provided her family with many treasured memories. She blessed her children and family by being an exemplary role model.
She will be deeply missed by her family. Lorraine is survived by her children; daughters, E. Anne of Halifax; Jennifer (Jason) Roy of Lower Sackville; son, Stephen (Amy) Fredericton, NB; Her beloved grandchildren, Michael and Matthew Roy of Lower Sackville, Evelyn and Harrison Chase of Fredericton, NB; sisters; Carolyn Lauder (NFLD), Virginia Walker (Bedford), Cathy Leslie (Halifax) and brother, Graham (Patricia) Young, Halifax. As well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Lorraine was predeceased by her brothers, Michael and Terry Young.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering my loving Aunt. She always had a smile on her face and some change in her pocket for me when we would visit
