Louie M. Duncan

ANDERSON — Louie M. Duncan, Anderson, died Feb. 18, 2010, at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, after a brief illness.

He was born in Monterey, Tenn., and resided in Anderson.

He lived most of his life in Anderson, served his country in the National Guard and was retired. Louie loved horses, spending time with friends and family. He also loved hunting and woodworking and was a collector of many things.

He is survived by his children, Nickie (Bryan) James, Danny Breese, Tina (John) Mallach and Mark Moore; sister, Lillian Anker and her sons, Scott (Cindy) Shimer and Chad (Tiffany) Dzerve; grandchildren, Logan James, Casey, Carmen and Morgan Breese, Madison Mallach and James and Dustin Moore. Also surviving is Joe Adams who was like a son. He will be missed by his family and many special friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sarah (Looper) and Cecil Duncan.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes and Crematory, South Chapel, with Chris Mishler officiating.

Burial will be in East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the South Chapel.

Louie,
You and your family were a part of our family's life when I was young and then we lost my father one of your old buddies and we all grew up. I saw your in recent years and talked about old times. Now you and and my dad are together again!!!!! We will miss you!
