To my nieces, Donna, Jennifer and Glenda you all were blessed for 93 years with this Gift from God. There was no one like Maw Maw. When she entered a room she owned it, not only by her stature, but by her laugh and that voice letting you know "Maw Maw is in the house".
We all have so many wonderful memories to cherish and look back on. I know, it hurts right now, but she has earned that final resting place. Many were there waiting to greet her. Oh, what a time, what a time, what a time!
I'm sitting here thinking of those 3 girls she used to pick up on the weekends, her grands as she called you. She was extremely proud of you and loved you all so much! As I said earlier, blessed to have had her.
Take care of, look out for and cherish one another as you have been taught to do by the best, my parents included.
May God continue to grant you peace and comfort.
Know that we are always here for you all.

Maw Maw, YOU were the Cherished Matriarch of our Family! Words can never express how much we all love you and how grateful we are to you for the love, wisdom, generosity, patience, laughter, strength and above all else, Christian Values you taught us and lived each day. You cared for everyone and there is no number for those who cared for you. We will cherish and honor your memory always. We will take care of "Your Boys" Aaron Steven and Sidney Louis Daniel, for you and never let them forget how much their Maw Maw loved them and wanted only the best for them. I will take care of Your Baby Boy - Aaron, Sr. - and though no one can ever take your place, maybe cooking your Creole delicacies will bring back fond memories of sitting around the dinner table with you. The Greatest Caretaker has you now and we know that in Him, there is no failure and no more pain. Rest in his Glory and know that one day we will see you again.
Love, Hugs and Kisses from All of Us,
Aaron, Sr., Lisa, Kentrick, Keiondra, Marisa, Sidney, Aaron, Jr. and Jeffrey, Jr.
