Lovenia Britten, 66, of Paris, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, at Paris Regional Medical Center.
Services are scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28th at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Pastor Barry Poche officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Lovenia, the daughter of W. C. & Bonnie Oliver, was born May 23, 1949, in Paris.
She graduated from Paramount Senior High School in Paramount, CA. Lovenia was manager of Popeye’s for a several years and later worked at Walmart. Her career as a Unit Secretary with Paris Regional Medical Center spanned fifteen years. Lovenia was a faithful employee of Paris Regional Medical Center until the time of her passing. She attended The Journey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Robert Britten and a sister, Ginger Welch.
Survivors include children, Mike Britten & wife Kim of Omaha, NE, Yvonne Owen, Kerry Sullivan & husband Allen, Steven Welch & wife Cara and Brian Welch all of Paris, grandchildren, Kera Britten, Lacey Britten, Kayla Britten, Caden Britten, Melissa Britten, Stephanie Britten, Mikayla Britten, Christopher Owen, Jason Owen, Brianna Owen, Jacob Owen, Adam Welch, Ava Welch, Bailey Welch & Carter Welch, great grandchildren, Jarrah Owen, Cullen Owen, Hunter Britten, Hannah Fowler, Addison Fowler, Landon Welch & Emma Welch along with a plethora of friends.
Casket bearers will be: Mike Britten, Brian Welch, Steven Welch, Jacob Owen, Christopher Owen and Jason Owen.

Oh my so sad. I remember her from work at Walmart. Such a very nice lady I never got any other attitude from her but kindness. So sorry for your families loss. Prayers with you and may she R.I.P. ❤

She was such a sweet lady. I remember how nice she was from she and I working at the hospital and then seeing her working at Walmart. I told her she needed to take it easy and not work so much. She will be greatly missed. I wish I had seen this sooner, but just saw it tonight. Prayers for her family.
