Lucille Gisele (Beaudoin) Lefebvre of Litchfield, CT passed away peacefully on May 3, 2025 with family by her side.

She was born October 2,1927 in Shawinigan, Quebec, Canada to the late Oscar and Florence (Lahaie) Beaudoin.

In 1947 she married Henry Paul Lefebvre and moved to Torrington, CT and then to Litchfield where they built their house and raised their family.

She is predeceased by her husband, Henry, son Daniel and great granddaughter Lily Lefebvre. She is survived by a son, Robert Lefebvre and daughters Lorraine (husband Nick) Fabbri and Denise (husband Bruce) Thorndike. In addition she is survived by her grandchildren Daniel, Ghislaine, Michael Lefebvre, Eric, Jessica, and Melissa Fabbri, and Mitchel, Leah, and Olivia Thorndike as well as 8 great grandchildren.

Not only did Lucille raise her family, she taught herself to speak English, completed her education and worked for many years as a nurse at Waterbury Hospital and the Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She loved to visit her large family in Canada. She also loved reading, skiing, golf, tennis, long walks, and to travel. Until recently she was often seen taking walks whenever the weather allowed. We will miss her.

A graveside services will be at St. Francis cemetery, Torrington on July 28 at 11 am.
