Dear Nancy, Patricia and James : Thinking of you these days as you mourn the loss of your mother. She was a very loving and gracious aunt and was a fantastic cook. I fondly remember my stay with her and your father many years ago. Rene (and Ken) Taylor.

Dear Nancy,Patricia and Jim: We were very saddened to hear about the death of your mother/my special aunt and are sorry we were not able to attend the funeral. Luckily Mary and I were in Montreal a week before her stroke and dropped in for a visit which included a delicious lunch and her famous blueberry pie. She was her usual very gracious, kind and generous self looking in very good health despite her advanced age. I'm so very glad we were able to say goodbye that day to the last of the fabulous five Ropeleski sisters. They are all sadly missed.
love, Christine and Mike

My deep sympathies to Nancy, Pat, James & families.
She was my favorite aunt - calm, always cheerful, with deep faith, and amazing patience.
I saw her last at my sister-in-law Barbara's burial get-together at Bar-B-Barn last July, as cheerful as ever.
I'm sorry I couldn't make the funeral.
I'll miss her. The last of the Ropeleski aunts & uncles!!
She richly deserves her peace now in the arms of our Creator …

Nancy, Patsy and Jim, We are so sorry to hear about Auntie Lucy's passing. She has been in our thoughts all week. We had been planning to come to the funeral and we're sorry to have missed it. We all have great memories of her and she touched so many people throughout her life. She was especially kind to our family in our time of need and she always had a special relationship with our mother. It's comforting to know they're together again. Please accept our deepest condolences, Henry, Lynda and Kayley.
