Lure May Martrano (née Ball), age 59, passed away on June 26, 2025, in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was born on December 29, 1965, in Columbus, Ohio. Lure was a beloved wife, mom, sister, and coworker to many.

Lure built a meaningful career as a dispatcher and service billing specialist, first with Enginuity LLC and later with Ainsworth Inc. Her work ethic and attention to detail were evident in all she did, earning the love of colleagues and clients alike.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Ray Martrano; her daughters, Melinda Martrano and Tiffany Martrano; and her son, Anthony Martrano. She also leaves behind her brother, Gino Ball. Lure was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Ann Ball and Gene George Ball, as well as her brother Jerry Ball and dog Daisy.

The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville for their compassionate and dedicated care.

Lure was deeply valued by both family and the people whose lives she touched. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She will be missed every day and loved always.
