Luz "Lucy" Dominguez, 48 of Los Angeles, California went to be with the Lord on August 9, 2017.

Lucy was born on March 7, 1969 to Margarita and Luciano Dominquez in Los Angeles, California.

Lucy was a caretaker in the Health Industry for 3 years, she enjoyed her work she was all about helping and taking care of people she is going to be missed.

She is survived by her mother Margarita, two brothers Danny, Junior, her eight sisters Angie, Lola, Esther, Carmen, Vita, Lupe, Toni, Nellie; plus many other family members and close friends that are going to dearly miss her.

Lucy Dominguez is now with the Lord may she rest in Peace.

Lucy I don't even know where to start. Everyday on the way home from work I take fig and it never fails I just can't hold back the tears . It's so hard for me to accept that you are gone!I know you are in a better place with all your loved ones and you're not hurting anymore. U always took care of everyone else and held so much inside now you can rest in paradise. Please continue watch over the boys just like you did when you here.
u know That saying you don't know what you have until it's gone I never really grasped what that saying meant.
I never realized how important you were to my family and I.We considered you a part of our family and I know you felt the same about us as well. I used to hear you on the phone with your family and before you would hang up you would always say ok ok be safe I love you bye. I remember asking my Boys who were you talking to cause b4 they would hang up they'd say ok I love you too. They would respond gosh mom it's just Lucy! Then one evening we were on the phone about to hang up and u said those exact words ok ok be safe I love you and hung up real fast b4 I could say bye. Then I got a txt about a min later saying tell Roy and the boys I love them too. I replied ok luc be careful luv ya! Lucy u had a great big heart u would do just about anything anyone asked you to do, Especially for the kids.Even though I may not have always showed how grateful I was to have you around I want you to know from the bottom of my heart that I appreciate everything you did for us!You were my Lolo's first crushand when we moved to Mira Loma he begged us to take you with us I don't know how he understood the concept of husband and wife live together at the age 3 but after we got all settled in our new house he picked up the phone and said OK call my wife it's time for her to come live with us now. Thank you for being such a big part of my kids lives whether it was babysitting while Roy and I were at work, giving them rides to and from school, football or basketball practice ,or taking them to pick up their girlfriend you never told them no! thank you so much for being there for my mom when she needed you. I never had to ask you! I still can't believe that That you are not here anymore I keep waiting hear you knock on the door. The past 15 years you have have been such a big part of our lives. I'm so happy that you finally got a chance to go to the boys basketball games this last seasons.u see you didn't break your promise to them! Thank u for always being Roys co pilot.i could go on and on thanking you for all the things you did for us& Im so sorry for not getting a chance to tell u how much you were appreciated.I love u my dear friend! U are always going to be missed and loved. I'll always cherish what fun times we had together and I'll always remember to tuck duck and roll.lol I love u Lucy and Thank you for for always being there for me and being such an awesome friend!

Lucy, my heart is broken! You were always such a good friend to me, and I am going to miss you so much! I remember all the times we spent talking about our families and you would always say "the one that went to heaven" when you were talking about someone that had passed away.
