Mrs Lynda Pratt, of Chesterfield has passed away at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, aged 70.Born at Chesterfield and a life-long resident of the area, living at Duckmanton most of her life, she was a housewife.She loved gardening, bingo, listening to music, she did poetry in her time, loved long walks, going to Skegness every year with her husband Fred and loved watching wildlife programmes.Lynda leaves her husband Fredrick William, son Andrew, daughter Wendy, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.The funeral service was held at St Thomas Church, Brampton followed by burial in Boythorpe Cemetery on Wednesday March 25.Funeral directors: B. Hattersley & Sons Ltd, 211 Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield (01246 232820).
