Madalyn Irene Chadbourn

Madalyn was born on March 20, 2008, to Robert and Susan. She passed away unexpectedly on October 18, 2023, at Boston Childrens Hospital surrounded by her family. Madalyn "Maddie" was a sophomore at Coe-Brown Northwood Academy. She had a passion for music since she was little, especially country music. She has been playing the clarinet since the 5th grade and continued to play in the band in high school. She has been a beach baby her whole life, she loved the ocean and would go any chance she could. She would love to watch the sunsets and take pictures of them, lots of them. Like any teenager she loved to shop and hang out with her friends. But most of all she loved to be with her family, and she has a huge family.

Madalyn leaves behind many loved ones who will miss her so much. These people include Her mother Susan Walsh and husband Ryan, her father Robert Chadbourn III and his girlfriend Destiny. Her two older brothers Jordan Sargent and girlfriend Chloe, and Robert Chadbourn IV, and her younger brother Emmett Walsh. Madalyn was also blessed to have several sets of grandparents who she leaves behind, Daniel and Deborah Tisbert, Robert Chadbourn Jr and Sally Knowlton, Janet Chadbourn, Bob Abbott, David and Joan Walsh. Madalyn is also survived by many aunts and uncles, Bobby and Jen Abbott, Timothy Chadbourn, Ryan Chadbourn, Sarah Holden-Mount and her wife Julie Rhodovi, Michael and Amanda Tisbert, Robert Tisbert, Jamie Tisbert, Tad Abbott, Eric and Kristin Walsh, Brandon "Guncle" Walsh, Kaitlan and Carlos Cruz, Ryan "Uncle Scooch" Lavigne, Alex Abbott, Sarah Girard and her husband Steve, and Alyssa Abbott. Madalyn was blessed to have several great uncles, great aunts, cousins, great cousins as well as friends who she left behind with her passing who will miss her.

Madalyn also had what we call her second family, a place she called her other home. Matt and Heather Sweet loved our beautiful daughter as their own. They gave her another place to feel safe and loved, along with her best friends Mady, Ry and their little brother Rowen. She loved them just like she loved her own family.

Madalyn has an army of family and friends who love and care about her and miss her. Maerwyn, Mady, Ry, Maya, Katie, Meg, Emma, Ella, Kendra, Britt, Mia, Tabby, Rylee, Chelsea, Melanie, Kylah and many more who are all going to carry her with them on the adventures that they all planned together, as will the rest of her family and friends.

Until we meet again sweet baby girl, fly high and spread your wings. Watch over us and keep us safe. Send us signs that you are with us always. We all love you to the moon and back.

A Celebration of life will take place on November 11, 2023, at 3 pm. At the Grange Hall in Strafford NH.
