Mandane N. (Johns) Daughenbaugh, 85, Dillsburg, formerly of Johnstown, died Jan. 25, 2003, at home.

Born May 23, 1917, in Brush Valley, Indiana County, she was the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Miller Johns. She was a retired matron for Northern York County School District, Dillsburg and a member of Hunterstown Church of God. Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Lewis A. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Lewis Dwight. Service was held Wednesday in Dillsburg with Rev. Patrick Clady officiating. Service was also held Thursday in Geistown. Burial was in Benshoff Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hunterstown Church of God Building Fund, 895 Coleman Road, Gettysburg, Pa. 17325.
