ENGERT, Manfred – at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Monday, December 19, 2016. Manfred Engert of Cornwall; age 81 years. Beloved husband of Mona (née Whittaker) Engert. Loving father of Michael Engert (Monique) of Prince George, BC. Cherished grandfather of 2 grandchildren Erich and Tyler Engert. Dear brother of Klaus Engert (late Marianne). Predeceased by his parents Walter Mai and Hildegard Engert, and by his brother Wolfgang Engert. As per family request there will be no formal service, Mass offering will be held at St. Columban's Church at a later date. Arrangements under the care and direction of Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (932-8482). As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
