Manuel Ray Serrata of Tolleson died on March 9, 2015 at age 80. Serrata was born January 23, 1935 in Phoenix. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lupe J. Serrata. Survivors include Julia Vredenburg (John), Manuel R. Serrata, Jr., Emilia Serrata and Silvia Serrata; grandchildren include: Graciela (Jason), Antonette, Dominic, Alexandra, Sarah, Elisa, Racheal, Meagan & Shaun. He worked many years with John F. Long Properties at Maryvale Mall followed by numerous years at Falcon Dunes Golf Course. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 11:00am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 512 N. 93rd Ave., Tolleson, AZ 85353.
