I am so sorry, I have just seen that this remarkable man passed away a while ago.
Many years ago, we had almost given up hope of having children until we met Dr Spivack.
In three short years we had a boy and then a girl, now 35 and 33.
So much empathy, compassion, skill, there are not enough wonderful adjectives.
God bless you Sir

Heartfelt condolences to the family. I was recently and briefly reunited with this wonderful man who brought me into this world 47 years ago. Such a delight to discover this together by chance. Thank you for ushering me into life, Dr Spivak. May you be received with love and tenderness on the other side of your passage.

I was a patient of Dr Spivak's for over 40 years. I had a tremendous respect for him and was quite sad when he retired. I received a card from him after that. I will remember his professionalism and great knowledge and his warmth in his profession as a Doctor and person. Rest in peace, Manny. My heart goes out to you, Phyllis. Sincerely, Arlene Gillis

Dear Phyllis,
