Bishop Pat and LeAnn Smith

One our most precious experiences was serving with Bishop Ensign in the Logan YSA Stake. It was an blessing in our lives to know him. He was one of the most compassionate, intelligent and loving men we have ever known. He truly did love the 'one'. And we all loved serving with him.
He and his wife Heidi are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet.
Our hearts are broken. Earth not only lost a good man, it lost a great one.
With all of our love, honor and respect,

I was introduced to Marc a few years ago by a mutual friend. We had a wonderful conversation about various topics. I loved his columns he wound write from time to time. He had great insight and was talented in expressing important eternal truths. A wonderful man. I know he loved and revered the important, eternal things of life.

The things I remember most about Marc was his humor and kindness. He would let me come out and ride his horses and would either join in and show me a trail he enjoyed or would sit next to the arena full of laughs and jokes... some jokes directed and my riding skills. I don´t usually laugh at those mediocre dad jokes but Marc´s were funny. He was a great friend and always showed love and kindness towards me and my family. He will be missed.
