Marcia Thompson Obituary
Marcia was a former "Miss Spring Valley" during festival days and a 1975 graduate of Spring Valley High School. She completed the tailoring course at Pipestone, Minn., the following year. She was sent to St. Paul, where she was honored for coming in first for pattern making in Minnesota.
She is survived by her husband, Curt; two sons, Reid (Julia) and Ross (Alicia); grandchildren, Riley, Caleb, and Nora Ann; her parents, Warren and Eileen Freeman; and her brother, Jeffry.
Services were held May 12 at Penticton Lutheran Church, Penticton, British Columbia.

I am so very sorry to hear that Marcia has left us. I remember having her at some of my birthday parties and overnights. What a pretty and talented lady. I am so very sorry for your loss.
