She was born May 25, 1916 in Cowansville to Ross and Annie Laurie (Clark) Simpson. Mrs. Frazer was an elementary school teacher for 25 years in Armstrong County. She was a 1937 graduate of Grove City College. She was a member of the Homer City Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Indiana. Survivors include two sons, Dr. David G. Frazer and wife Nancy (Nehrig) of Fairmont, W.Va. and Dr. Ross L. Frazer and wife Melissa of Homer City; one daughter, Nancy Booth and husband Thomas of Pittsburgh; nine grandchildren, Chris Hagens and Ross P. Frazer of Homer City, Jenny Frazer of Morgantown, W.Va., Amy DiStefano and husband Ben of Friedens, Jason and wife Amy of Morgantown, W.Va., Brian and wife Angela of East Norriton, Allan Booth and wife Jennifer of Pittsburgh, Laura Mares and husband Pavel of Pittsburgh, David Frazer and fiancee Miranda Chervenak of Indianola; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, David G. Frazer Sr. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 121 E. Church St., Homer City. Additional visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. Friday at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, Cowansville until funeral services at 2 p.m. with R.A.
