Guley, Margaret (Kachmar)

Margaret (Kachmar) Guley, 88 of Endwell, passed away peacefully, Friday, April 14, 2017. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Guley; her parents, Michael and Anna Kachmar; her brothers, Michael and Edward Kachmar; her sister, Jacqueline Sarkisian. She is survived by four children, Edward (Diane) Guley, Ellen Rothang, Amy (Don) Gillen, Thomas (Mandy) Guley; ten grandchildren, Jessica (Andy) Booker, Ryan (Samantha) Guley, Amanda (Shawn) Parry, Kristin (Zack) Mazza, Allison Rothang, Steven (Brittney) Gillen, Darren Gillen, Danielle (James) Ellsworth, Kathryn Centurione, Joshua Guley; sixteen great-grandchildren; her sister-in-law, Martha Kachmar; also several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, playing cards at church with her friends and was an avid New York Mets fan. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Church of the Holy Family, Endwell, a retired employee of Merrill Lynch, Binghamton and a longtime volunteer for "Mended Hearts" at Wilson Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday 9:30 am from the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc. 1905 Watson Blvd. Endicott, NY and 10:00 am at the Church of the Holy Family 3600 Phyllis St. Endwell, NY. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, NY. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home on Friday from 5 to 7 pm.
